FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ARE YOUR COURSES ACCREDITED?

Yes all of our courses are fully accredited with CA Worldwide Accreditation, and all courses are fully insurable.

WHAT IS YOUR COURSE POLICY?

All bookings for courses can be made directly through the website or via our contact us page, a £100 booking deposit is required to be paid to secure your place on the date chosen. 

Please note: the booking deposit is non refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative date.

All our training courses provide a full kit to take home, this kit covers everything you need to go and get started straight away. You also get to leave with a lovely certificate to show the completion of your course. 

If for whatever reason you feel the training provided is not enough, every student will receive full support after they leave and is more than welcome to return and gain extra learning to build up confidence and knowledge this goes for no matter what course is competed with LUMA.

Upon course completion, I am available for as much support needed whether that be 1 week after your training or 1 year and so on. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR APPOINTMENT POLICY?

All appointments require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit upon booking, without this you will not be able to go ahead with your booking and no appointment will be secured. 
All deposits are strictly non refundable, if you need to cancel an appointment for whatever given reason you will be given 1 chance to transfer your current paid deposit to a new slot on terms that you have given me 48 hours notice.

If you wish to cancel an appointment with only 24 hours or less notice you will be required to pay 50% of the booked appointment amount as this leaves far too less time to re fill this appointment slot. Failure to make this payment, you will be blocked from booking any future appointment with us at LUMA. 

If you fail to attend your appointment with no given notice you will be charged at full cost of the service booked before you will be able to re book another appointment.

Due to the government guidelines I ask you to attend all appointments on your own and to not bring family/friends/children to your appointment. Due to insurance purposes children will not be allowed to appointments regardless if they have a child minder or someone to watch them during the time you can't. Clients who ignore this rule will have their appointment cancelled and the deposit booking fee will not be returned. 

If you are running late for whatever reason your appointment time may be shortened to avoid being ran over time into another clients appointment time. This may result in an incomplete service however you will still be charged at full cost due to it being down to yourself. 

Please let me know if you have any symptoms of a cough/fever or any other illness. Please take my health and other workers/clients in the salon into consideration. 

If you have any concerns or complaints with the service given we must be made aware of the issue within 72 hours from you leaving your appointment for us to resolve the matter. Any later than 72 hours the matter is out of our hands as any issues would be present within those first few days following any treatment that has been done.
